Premium invoice
Premium invoices are mailed around the 10th of the month. Premium payment is due on the date indicated on the premium bill or other premium-related notice. That payment applies to the month’s premium.
Example:
January’s premium invoice is be mailed Dec. 10 and is due on Jan. 1, per the invoice notice, and applies to premium to January.

Updates
For changes to be processed and reflected on your next premium invoice, we must receive them no later than the first of the month before premium invoice mailing date.
Example:
To have updates included in the April premium invoice, we need to receive your changes by March 1 so we can process them in time to be reflected on the April bill. The April bill is mailed March 10 and due April 1.

Grace period
You have a grace period of 31 days from the due date of the bill to make the premium payment. Your group coverage remains in effect during the grace period.
You will receive a late payment notice from us, this is a standard notice mailed when a premium payment is not made. The premium payment must be received by the end of the grace period or cancellation will occur.

Invoice adjustments
You should always pay your premium as billed. We will reconcile any membership adjustments you submit on your next month’s premium invoice.
