Brighter Days is our program that provides information about depression, available treatment options and concrete tools and strategies for self-management.

Resources available include:

• Treatment options & tips for communicating with your provider
• Six questions about antidepressant medications, answered
• Engaging in pleasant activities to improve mood and overcoming obstacles
• Changing harmful thought patterns
• Increasing positive contact with others and identifying supportive persons
