Premium refunds
Prevea360 Health Plan identifies premium credits on your account if you have overpaid a premium, or if you terminated coverage and it causes a credit.
- If you have current coverage with Prevea360 Health Plan under the same contract, we'll apply the credit toward the amount due on your next premium invoice.
- If you prefer a refund check instead, you may contact our Customer Care Center to request a refund.
- If you have a new contract with Prevea360, the credit will be transferred to your new account and applied toward the amount due on your next premium invoice.
- If you prefer a refund check instead, contact our Customer Care Center to request a refund.
- If you have terminated coverage with Prevea360, and you do not have a new contract, we will send you the refund check.
If we overpay benefits to you
If Prevea360 Health Plan pays benefits that exceed those you are entitled to, you must repay the excess as soon as we notify you of the overpayment. We may, at our option, recover some or all of the overpayment by reducing subsequent benefits payable or by applying premium refunds. Prevea360 Health Plan has the right to charge reasonable interest on the delinquent amount.
