Receive cost estimates for upcoming services
Prevea360 is dedicated to helping you access information about the cost of your health care services. We believe providing you with financial information related to your medical services will assist you in making informed health care decisions. To receive a cost estimate for an upcoming service, call the Prevea360 Customer Care Center at 877-230-7555 with the following information.
- Name of the provider performing the service
- Name of the facility the service will take place
- Current procedural terminology (CPT) code or procedure code (You can request CPT codes from your provider.)
- Date or approximate date of service or procedure
- Amount your provider is billing for each code (You can request this information from your provider.)
The information you provide will help the Customer Care Specialists give you the most accurate cost estimate. Once an estimate has been generated you will receive a phone call within one business day from a Prevea360 Customer Care specialist. A written estimate of the costs will also be mailed to you.
