Your Prevea360 Health Plan’s wellness programs and Living Healthy, powered by WebMD, are independent of your WebMD programs through the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program. Separate user IDs and passwords are required. Your Prevea360 Health Plan Living Healthy account is available on our member portal at the ‘Living Healthy’ link after you log in.
